Lavender-Lemon Session Cocktail Recipe
Lavender-Lemon Low-Proof Libation
Ready in 5 minutes
Makes 2 drinks
- 2 ounces dry vermouth
- 1 ounce Meyer lemon juice**
- 1 ounce lavender simple syrup
- ½ ounce dry gin
- 2 ounces branch water
- Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and strain into two highball glasses.
- Garnish with lavender sprigs or candied sage.
Add a bar spoon or two of honey before shaking if you’re feeling extra sweet. We were feeling inspired, so we froze ice cubes with fresh lavender blossoms for serving! If you want, multiply all ingredients by 15 to create 3 liters of the cocktail for larger groups. Pour into our fillable bag, push tap all the way in, and chill at least 3 hours prior to serving. Load into any Wine Nook or Little Nook and serve. (Recipe serves two cocktails each for 15 guests.)
**for higher proof option, add one ounce of High Noon Lemon flavored vodka instead of fresh lemon
